The artist Feliciano Siewert was born in Rotterdam in 1942.
Ciano Siewert work is distinguished by the typical Dutch brightness and virtuoso technique with which he elaborated his landscapes, city and harbor views.
His fascination goes out to both the old and the new, which is all about the shape of the subject. Industrial forms, the architecture of houses, buildings and ships continue to fascinate him.
After years mainly worked in watercolor technique, Siewert painting since 2002 exclusively in oil. During his period of Rotterdam – intermittently in New York – Siewert, industry and ports immortalized in its many forms and guises.
