Description
Since 1975, sporting artist Bill Elliott’s paintings and illustrations have appeared in 28 books and virtually every major outdoor publication including Putnam’s Animal Biography series. During 1966 and 1968 he lived in Alaska where he painted each one of the fifty state’s indigenous species.
But, you don’t have to be a hunter or fisherman to appreciate the work of Bill Elliott. He is, without question, one of the finest wildlife artists in America today.
His ability to portray an animal in its natural environment, while capturing the mood, spirit and feeling of the outdoors is phenomenal.
